In such a case, the parties are obliged to consult with each other in order to reach an alternative arrangement for the affected provision. 5. Your Personal Information

5.1. When you set up an account with NUTRA-SUPP, you’re required to provide us with correct personal information. Providing false details or another person’s details as your own is not acceptable. Providing false information is considered a violation of our Site’s Terms and Conditions.
5.2. When your personal information is collected by NUTRA-SUPP, it will not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to NUTRA-SUPP, unless required or authorized by law, or if you’ve personally given consent to such disclosure. Otherwise, NUTRA-SUPP commits to its Privacy Policy.

6. Orders, Payments and Credit Card Information

6.1. When collected for the purpose of payment for merchandise at NUTRA-SUPP, your credit card information is stored securely using a system based on strict security standards solutions. Your credit card will be charged upon entering information for your purchase (such as billing, shipping, and credit card information), not when the item is shipped.
6.2. Providing your credit card information to NUTRA-SUPP as payment for the product(s) states that you agree to your purchase of the selected product(s).
6.3. You may not pay or attempt to pay for the products on our Site with a fraudulent credit card or false information.
6.4. In some cases, we may not be able to verify international or foreign credit cards, therefore NUTRA-SUPP reserves the right to decline, cancel or refund orders placed with international cards without notice.

7.1. You are required to provide a password upon creating a personal account with NUTRA-SUPP. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password.

This means that you are responsible for any products purchased with your personal account information. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if you believe someone has access to your password and personal account.

8.1. As long as posting comments and reviews on our Site are possible, all content posted by you must not be defamatory, threatening, obscene or illegal. It must not infringe on intellectual property rights or invade the privacy of our Site. The content must not be objectionable to third parties and is not permitted to consist of or contain software or malware viruses, or “spam” which refers to mass emailing and commercial solicitation. NUTRA-SUPP reserves the right to remove such content at any time, without notice.

9. Taxes and Merchandise Pricing

9.1. The prices displayed on the website are listed in USD. All taxes required to your order will be shown and applied at checkout, and do not include the cost of delivery.
9.2. Import and/or customs duties and/or related costs are not included in the pricing and customer responsibility only
9.3. Delivery charges will be added on top of the cost of merchandise and applicable taxes. Government sales tax and provincial sales tax are subject to change without notification to users of the NUTRA-SUPP website.
9.4. All prices are subject to change. The prices displayed on our Site are only valid online at the time they are displayed.

10. Errors

10.1. NUTRA-SUPP may correct errors which appear on the Site or refuse any orders that have been received in association with such errors. In addition, NUTRA-SUPP reserves the right to reject or cancel orders placed at any time.
10.2. NUTRA-SUPP ’s right to refuse or cancel orders at any time will be in effect whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card or confirmed. In the event that your credit card has been charged for your order, and your order is cancelled by NUTRA-SUPP, it will immediately issue a credit to your card in the full amount of the charge.

11. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

11.1. You authorize that all information you provide to NUTRA-SUPP at the time of placing an order for all merchandise for sale on our Site, and in relation to an order made using our Site, is genuine and correct.
11.2. Receiving a receipt of your order with confirmation from NUTRA-SUPP does not indicate the acceptance of your order, and it does not confirm our offer to sell. NUTRA-SUPP reserves the right to decline or accept your order at any time, even after the receipt of your order. All orders placed must be pre-approved with an acceptable payment method. NUTRA-SUPP may require additional information or verification before any order is accepted.
11.3. NUTRA-SUPP reserve the right to refuse any order without offering a reason. If we cancel an order, we will make appropriate attempts to contact you using the details you’ve provided us. All received payments will be refunded using the method of payment received.

12. Communication

12.1. NUTRA-SUPP will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product via phone or email. Account holders are asked to provide a valid email address to NUTRA-SUPP for this reason.
12.2. On occasion, NUTRA-SUPP may also send you marketing materials, such as Newsletters, promotions or other special offers on our Site. If you do not wish to receive any additional material from us, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your account settings, or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails.

13. Product Availability

13.1. At times, our best-selling brands can experience a higher than usual inventory turnover. Our best efforts are taken to reduce the occurrence of an item becoming unavailable, however, we cannot guarantee that an item will not become unavailable after it has been purchased by a customer at the time you have placed an order for the same item. In this event, NUTRA-SUPP reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, unless an appropriate replacement can be provided and agreed to by the customer.

14. Cancellations

14.1. If you wish to cancel your entire order, or parts of your order and it has not yet been fulfilled by NUTRA-SUPP, you will not be charged for the items that have been cancelled, and you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the order at the time it has already been fulfilled, we are unable to provide a cancellation and you will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order instead.
14.2. NUTRA-SUPP also reserves the right to cancel your order if you’ve provided fraudulent credit card information, or an unauthorized credit card if your method of payment is declined, if you’ve provided false personal information or if the product you’ve ordered is no longer available. NUTRA-SUPP agrees to notify you upon the cancellation of your order.

15. Termination of Use, Consequence of Termination and Suspension of Use

15.1. If you violate the terms and conditions of NUTRA-SUPP, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of your account at any time without notice. In the event that your account is terminated or suspended, you will be unable to access NUTRA-SUPP.
15.2. If your account is terminated or suspended while awaiting the delivery of your order, NUTRA-SUPP reserves the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a refund may be issued to the credit card or payment method used during the purchase of the order.

16. Returns

16.1. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order to offer you a full refund as long as the product hadn’t been used, the packaging is unopened, and the product is kept under the required conditions. Health and wellness products may have alternate return policies, as listed in the product description.

17. Defective Merchandise Refund Policy

17.1. In the event that you receive defective merchandise, it is eligible for a return within 14 days of purchase. Upon receiving a defective product, you may initiate a return for the product to NUTRA-SUPP for a full refund if the product is inadequate when you receive it. All refunds are issued in accordance with our returns policy. NUTRA-SUPP will not consider requests to initiate a refund or exchange 14 days after purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Care Team. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

18. Loss of Goods

18.1. The risk of loss of goods applies to you upon our delivery of the product to our selected courier.

19. Third Party Links

19.1. NUTRA-SUPP may have links to third party websites on the Internet. This means that those websites are not run by NUTRA-SUPP. You agree that we are not responsible for the operation of, or content displayed on or through any third party website.

20. Disputing the Use of Our Site

20.1. In the event that a dispute shall occur arising out of your use of our Site, or the merchandise purchased on it, the dispute will be subject to the courts pertaining that jurisdiction. Please note this contract is governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

21. Security

21.1. Upon the registration of your personal details on our Site to create an account or place an order, a secure server is used to protect the security of the information provided. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through NUTRA-SUPP ‘s Site. NUTRA-SUPP cannot warrant the efficiency or strength of the SSL encryption and accepts no responsibility for any event that may occur from unauthorized access of the information you provide.

22.2. The content on the Site is protected under the Netherlands and international copyright and trademark laws. Under no circumstance are you to copy, distribute or modify the content on the Site unless you’ve received authorization in writing by NUTRA-SUPP.
22.3. The material on the Site is unable to be embedded or framed on another website without our written consent.
